Two letters to ʻAbd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma
The first letter is from Muʻtamad al-Sultan Muhammad Taqi Khan Sarhang (colonel) responding to ʻAbd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma's request regarding the complaint by Karamʻali (from Harsin)'s wife. The second letter is a petition against Karamʻali (from Harsin). Both letters include a report of sexual assault towards a woman by a few men from Luristan.

Letter from Talʻat al-Dawlah to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma
Talʻat al-Dawlah, daughter of Nadim al-Saltanah and wife of Haji ʻAliriza Khan, talks about the hardships she faced after her husband's death. She describes how agents looted her house and seized fifty thousand tumans worth of property that Haji ʻAliriza Khan had transferred to their daughter, Muhtaram, before passing away. Also, her husband's nephew sent a telegram to Tehran claiming his share of these belongings. The writer notes the cruelty her and her daughter experienced, and asks the addressee for help and justice.

Letter to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma
Includes explanations about ʻIzzat al-Saltanah's interest in having al-Najq; sending a petition with two thousand tumans, on behalf of ʻIzzat al-Saltanah, to the andaruni, where it can be delivered to the Shah, and the Shah talking on the phone with Mushir al-Saltanah about this matter; ʻIzzat al-Saltanah's order to give a gift to Khazan-i Aqdas and Amin-i Haram; and the author referring to the addressee's request about ʻIzzat al-Saltanah's travel from Tehran to Kirmanshah, asking him to postpone this trip due to her health condition until the addressee is certain about staying in Kirmanshah.
